All'arrivo dei clienti, fornire un caloroso benvenuto e subito dopo che i clienti hanno preso possesso della loro camera, assicurarsi telefonicamente che tutto sia in ordine e/o se necessitano di qualcosa. All'arrivo degli ospiti VIP verificare con il personale designato per l'accompagnamento e le informazioni di benvenuto.

Fornire agli ospiti indicazioni e informazioni sui servizi della struttura, sugli orari di apertura dei nostri outlet e sulle e attività locali. Contattare la persona o il reparto appropriato (ad esempio Facchinaggio, Reception, Housekeeping, Manutenzione, Sicurezza/Lost & Found) quando necessario risolvere chiamate, richieste o problemi degli ospiti.

Effettuare un follow-up con gli ospiti per assicurarsi che le loro richieste o problematiche siano state soddisfatte in modo adeguato. Ricevere, registrare e trasmettere messaggi in modo accurato, completo e leggibile. Rispondere alle richieste speciali degli ospiti con esigenze particolari.

Seguire tutte le politiche e procedure aziendali; segnalare incidenti, infortuni e condizioni di lavoro non sicure al responsabile; Accogliere e riconoscere tutti gli ospiti secondo gli standard aziendali; anticipare e soddisfare le loro esigenze di servizio; ringraziare gli ospiti alla partenza. Comunicare con gli altri utilizzando un linguaggio chiaro e professionale; rispondere al telefono secondo le corrette norme di etichetta. Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni di lavoro positive; supportare il team nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi comuni.

Rispettare gli standard e le aspettative di qualità. Individuare e proporre nuove idee, tecnologie o processi per aumentare l'efficienza organizzativa, la produttività, la qualità, la sicurezza e/o la riduzione dei costi. Dovrà principalmente girare in hotel per relazionarsi con i clienti e dare loro assistenza.

Si richiede una buona presenza e passione per la professione.

Istruzione: Laurea universitaria in Comunicazione / Lingue straniere

  • Esperienza lavorativa correlata: Si preferisce con esperienze pregresse nel front line alberghiero
  • Sicuro e fluente in italiano con un ottimo inglese scritto e orale. Altra lingua straniera è gradita
  • Capacità di gestione organizzativa, buoni rapporti interpersonali, problem solving e senso di responsabilità.
  • Attenzione ai dettagli
  • Buon approccio ai software gestionali in generale e conoscenza al pacchetto Microsoft Office. (PMS adottato: Scrigno).
