Role Overview:

As a Customer Support, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing assistance via phone, email, and live chat. Your goal is to deliver prompt, accurate solutions and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and positive experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients professionally and courteously across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat).
  • Issue Resolution: Handle inquiries ranging from product and service details to troubleshooting and account-related support.
  • Customer Guidance: Provide clear information, address concerns, and ensure customers feel valued and supported.
  • Documentation: Keep precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
  • Escalation Management: Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases following company procedures.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver effective, timely solutions.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet service quality standards and response time targets.

Requirements: 

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (C2 level).
  • Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
  • Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or a related role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced environment.
