Located in vibrant Lisbon, our team is at the heart of driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.Your day to day:As a Cash Collection Specialist for the German market, you will play a key role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payments. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining strong relationships with our German-speaking clients and ensuring the financial health of our operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage the cash collection process for the German market, ensuring accurate and timely payments.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to resolve payment issues and foster collaboration.Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Service and Finance, to improve processes and ensure client satisfaction.Provide regular reports and analysis on account statuses and collection activities.What We're Looking For:Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.Previous experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or a similar role, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential;Why Join Us?Be part of a global team in a thriving, innovative industry.Work in a multicultural environment in the beautiful city of Lisbon.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Flexible working options and a supportive team culture.Are you ready to make an impact and grow your career with us?
