JoomPulse is an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers, providing insights into the most profitable products and fastest-growing categories — helping sellers boost their profits with data-driven decisions.

JoomPulse is one of the key businesses of Joom Group, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes the following businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPro, the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

Now we are looking for a Senior Growth Analyst who will play a key role in growth at JoomPulse by building and optimizing end-to-end growth systems across Marketing and Sales, with a strong focus on analytics, automation, and AI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the enhancement and optimization of the full acquisition → conversion → revenue funnel
  • Grow the number of MQLs while maintaining cpMQL and first-sale margin targets
  • Design, launch, and analyze growth experiments across marketing and sales
  • Improve existing and create new conversion mechanics
  • Build and maintain growth analytics, metrics, and reporting
  • Automate marketing and sales processes and implement AI-driven solutions
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business metrics, unit economics, and full-funnel analytics
  • Solid expertise in user acquisition, retention, and A/B testing
  • Experience building and optimizing growth systems (LPs, CRM funnels, webinars, sales flows)
  • Ability to design experiments, formulate and execute hypotheses while working with incomplete data
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools, BI systems, and Google Sheets
  • Experience with marketing and sales operations, tracking, and automation
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Fluent English

Preferred

  • Experience implementing AI in marketing or sales operations
  • Experience with no-code / low-code automation tools (Make, n8n, or similar)
  • Experience with B2B or SaaS growth
  • Experience with partner or community-driven growth
