Your role in our team:

As a Internal Project Manager, you will ensure the successful coordination of equipment manufacturing from its definition by Engineering until completion at the factory gate. The role acts as the central interface between project teams and operations, safeguarding schedule alignment, material readiness, and production release compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively participating in project meetings for assigned projects;
- Verifying alignment between requirement dates in SAP and project dates in PSO;
- Verify that production scope is properly validated in Engineering phase;
- Following up on the timely execution of releases according to planned dates;
- Ensuring that all BOM lines have a validated supply solution through the BOM Viewer, with the requirement that all production orders are opened at least two months in advance (to be reduced to one month after project release in the future);
- Coordinate the planning of production between the several teams / areas involved;
- Coordinate the delivery schedule with the Project Execution area.
 
Your profile:
 
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Automation Engineering;
- Strong Project Management skills. Experience QEH&S Standards;
- Experience with SAP is a must;
- Clear, concise, negotiation and collaborative communication;
- Natural curiosity and a questioning mindset – we value people who seek to understand deeply and improve continuously;
- Strong Time and Priorities Management skills;
- Fluent in English;
- Hands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approach.
