Role Overview:
In this role, you'll support customers via phone, chat, email, and social media by resolving issues related to accounts, transactions, and technical concerns. Your mission will be to ensure smooth and satisfying customer interactions every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-quality assistance across multiple communication platforms
Support users with account creation, verification, login, and payment concerns
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively
Act as a dependable point of contact, especially for sports-focused clients
Communicate with empathy and clarity to strengthen customer relationships
Follow company policies and maintain service excellence
Contribute ideas to improve workflows and elevate the customer experience
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
