Now, we're looking for a French-speaking Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to our clients

Role Overview
You'll be on the front line managing the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through every step — from initial setup to full autonomy on the platform.
Your mission: ensure every user has a smooth, positive, and successful start with RentalReady, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks


Lead onboarding sessions for new clients, ensuring smooth setup and clear understanding of RentalReady's features.
Example: Walk clients through platform configuration, best practices, and key integrations.

Communicate value clearly to drive activation and feature adoption.
Example: Show clients how our automation tools can save them time and boost efficiency.

Identify client needs and pain points during calls and address them proactively.
Example: Spot configuration issues or data gaps early and solve them before they escalate.

Provide personalized onboarding experiences tailored to each client's goals.
Example: Customize setup recommendations based on property size, location, and operations.

Follow up actively with clients to ensure timely activation and satisfaction.
Example: Track onboarding progress, send reminders, and resolve any blockers quickly.

Become a product expert and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless handover after onboarding.
Example: Work closely with Product and Support to resolve technical issues or integrate client feedback.

Monitor success metrics and contribute to process improvements.
Example: Analyze onboarding KPIs, identify churn risks, and help optimize workflows.

What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
Fluency in French and English (C1 level minimum).
Previous experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or SaaS is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
Empathetic, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
Passion for tech, hospitality, or digital tools — bonus points if you know SaaS platforms
