We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

  • Administer and support Cloudera-based Hadoop clusters (on-premise);
  • Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of the platform;
  • Ensure resource allocation, performance tuning, and hardware optimization;
  • Manage access controls, including Kerberos authentication, Ranger/Sentry policies, and TLS encryption;
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams (network, storage, security) to maintain platform stability;
  • Automate tasks using Ansible and scripting (Python, Java);
  • Monitor and troubleshoot services like YARN, Kafka, and HDFS;
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 5+ years of experience administering Hadoop/Cloudera environments (on-premise);
  • Cloudera or Big Data certifications (valued);
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory).
