The Team

Prozis Tech division is focused on the development and continuous improvement of software products to support Prozis business and strategy.
This is a motivated team, determined to make things happen. We need you to help us in this world domination tour.

The Role

We are looking for a Backend Developer, with the opportunity to work in a Full-Stack context depending on the project and team needs.

In this role, you will join the team responsible for sales optimization, automation, and performance, contributing to the development and evolution of our marketing, communication, and paid media platforms.

You will design, develop, support, and evolve backend solutions that add value to the business, always aligned with business needs. The role is based at our headquarters in Maia, within a dynamic and agile development environment, where we challenge you to truly #ExceedYourself at PROZIS.

You will be responsible for the backend of the products that support our activities, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability across internal platforms.

You

As part of the team, you will be involved in the development, maintenance, and testing of software components for internal platforms, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

For this role, we value the following:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java projects;

  • Experience with Jakarta EE, JPA, Kafka/JMS, and RESTful applications;

  • Knowledge of MicroProfile and Quarkus;

  • Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as , Angular, or ReactJS is considered a plus;

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work with legacy code, proposing and implementing improvements;

  • Strong teamwork skills and a task-oriented mindset;

  • Good communication and organizational skills, combined with a problem-solving attitude;

  • An agile mindset, comfortable working with small multidisciplinary teams;

  • Ability to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment;

  • Motivation to bring ideas, energy, and inspiration to a collaborative and high-performing team.
