We're Hiring Multilingual Customer Service Specialists – Lisbon
Start Date: 15 January 2026

We're looking for multilingual talents to join our growing team
Languages Needed (with English):
- Spanish
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Arabic (Egypt, Jordan, UAE)
- French
What You Need to Bring
- Degree in Marketing or similar field
- Previous experience in
Digital Marketing
and
Contact Centre/AdTech programs - Familiarity with social media platforms & basic ad concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What You'll Be Doing
- Support customers in managing their
paid digital campaigns
(experience required) - Work with major social media advertising tools
- Help clients optimize ads & understand campaign performance
- Provide top-notch customer service through clear, friendly communication
- Collaborate with your team and work independently when needed
Work Schedule
- Initial period:
Mon–Sun, 07:00–19:00 - Shifts:
07:00–16:00
or
10:00–19:00 - 2 rotating days off
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary package

7.63€ / day
(from 01/01/2026) - Transport allowance:
20€ / month
(only for hires before 01/01/2026) - Health insurance from day 1 (free after 6 months)
