- Lead Generation: Utilizing channels like Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and email marketing to showcase products and services.

- Lead Capture: Interested businesses submit a quote request through our website.

- Lead Qualification: We verify submitted leads for completeness and authenticity.
- Lead Distribution: Qualified leads are transferred to multiple clients, providing competitive offers without the need for businesses to seek suppliers.
We operate across various categories, including Fuel Cards, Tracking Solutions, Coffee Machines, Payrolling, Copiers, and CCTV systems.

Revenue Model: 
Our pay-per-lead model allows us to maximize lead value by selling leads multiple times to a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to larger corporations.
What You'll Do:
As our Meta Specialist, you will be a key driver of our lead generation efforts, initially focusing on the French market with the exciting possibility of expanding your expertise to other countries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Ad Creation: Develop, launch, and manage compelling and high-performing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok, specifically tailored for the French market and potentially others.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on key ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROI). Evaluate campaign effectiveness and margin to ensure profitability.
- Propose & Implement Improvements: Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization. Propose data-driven improvements to targeting, creative, bidding strategies, and landing pages to enhance performance and ROI.
- Visuals That Convert: Craft stunning and engaging visuals and ad copy that resonate with our B2B target audience and drive conversions.
- Audience & Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on user behavior, consumption patterns, and market trends across different countries to optimize our marketing strategies and tailor content effectively.
- Social Media Presence Management: Oversee and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring a consistent and professional brand presence.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online audience, build meaningful connections, and foster a positive brand image.
- Onboard Future Talent: Play a role in identifying and mentoring future interns joining our dynamic team.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Meta & TikTok Advertising Expertise: Demonstrable experience in creating, managing, and optimizing successful paid social media campaigns, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, evaluate campaign performance and margin, and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.
- Creative & Innovative Thinker: Ability to develop fresh and engaging ad creatives and campaign concepts.
- Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving and exceeding key performance indicators and driving tangible business results.
- Strong English Skills: Clear and confident written and spoken communication. A French mother tongue is essential for this role. Additional languages are a plus.

- Passion for Social Media & Digital Marketing: A genuine enthusiasm for the evolving landscape of social media advertising and its impact on B2B lead generation.

Salary & Benefits
- €1,800 + €400 for 100% of targets
