*Key Responsibilities*

  • Serve as the primary expert for all controlling and financial matters within the organization
  • Strategically manage P&L performance and implement sophisticated cost optimization measures
  • Orchestrate and drive the annual planning process with precision and foresight
  • Design and maintain advanced monthly financial forecasting models to enhance decision-making
  • Conduct comprehensive variance analysis between historical results and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities
  • Oversee complex cost center controlling and financial processes through meticulous time and cost tracking
  • Provide expert management of service provider contracts, including end-to-end process handling
  • Architect and implement innovative controlling tools and procedures to drive operational excellence
  • Deliver insightful financial reports and compelling presentations for executive leadership
  • Collaborate effectively with international stakeholders, ensuring consistent application of global best practices and standards

Key requirements:

  • Experience in Controlling within an international environment
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office suite, particularly Excel (advanced dashboards, pivot tables, complex financial formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP modules (CO, FI, BO, BW)
  • Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Strategic entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives
  • Proactive approach and high engagement in dynamic controlling environments
  • Strong sense of ownership with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to quickly interpret complex financial data
