As a
F&B Supervisor
, you will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring that service standards and quality are maintained to provide guests with a memorable experience. You will ensure compliance with government regulations regarding HACCP, safety, and other requirements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

A dynamic and highly organized individual, you will manage and supervise room service, pool service, and event catering operations. Your passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences will drive you to maintain the highest quality service standards and lead a dedicated team to consistently exceed expectations.

Your day to day

Room Service Management:


•Taking care of room service operations, ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.


•Maintain a high standard of presentation and quality of room service offerings.


•Handle guest inquiries and feedback related to room service, ensuring prompt resolution.

Pool Service Management:


•Taking care, the poolside food and beverage service to ensure high standards of quality and service.


•Ensure guests are attended to promptly, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.


•Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.


•Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the pool area, including proper stock of food and drink items.

Event Management:


•Plan and coordinate all food and beverage aspects of events, including private functions, meetings, weddings, and large-scale gatherings.


•Work closely with the casuals team, respect them, be professional and smooth in all the treatment. Be cordial and polite.


•Manage event staffing, logistics, and coordination to guarantee a flawless event execution.


•Help in assist in the development of event menus, customizing offerings to meet client preferences and requirements.

Team Leadership & Development:


•Lead, train, and motivate all the coworkers/staff that work in all the room service, pool service, and events to deliver exceptional service.


•Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and support to ensure team members are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.


•Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and a high standard of service excellence.

Operational Efficiency & Budget Management:


•Monitor the daily operations to ensure adherence to service standards and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).


•Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies are maintained.

Guest Experience & Quality Assurance:


•Continuously monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.


•Implement feedback from guests to enhance service offerings and ensure a memorable experience.


•Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards within food and beverage operations HACCP.
