Main responsibilities:


•    Development of business rules for customer collections risk analysis;

•    Analysis of criteria and dimensions of analysis to enrich the model;

•    Regular production of reports and/or ad hoc recommendations on the implemented collections risk system;

•    Analysis of transaction collection history and identification of dimensions to analyze to identify the type of risk;

•    Identification and production of relevant KPIs for conducting appropriate customer collections risk analysis for the business;

•    Analysis and reconciliation of customer data, identification of customer control measures;

•    Identification of behavioral patterns;

•    Preparation of presentations for top management.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:


•    High analytical ability and critical thinking;

•    Orientation towards meeting objectives and deadlines;

•    Strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and teamwork spirit;

•    Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions and new opportunities;

•    Good communication skills;

•    Higher education degree in Economics, Management, Mathematics, or similar;

•    Professional experience in areas related to consumer credit risk developed;

•    Knowledge of banking processes and procedures;

•    Experience in functions related to Operational Risk and Compliance (nice to have);

•    Experience in data analysis (data integrity and consistency);

•    Proficiency in tools for monitoring process and operation performance;

•    Experience in Office tools with a focus on Excel;

•    Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
