Estamos a contratar Advogados (as), para integrar as nossas equipas de Legal.

Em que consiste a função:

  • Gestão de processos judiciais no âmbito do contencioso civil, nomeadamente procedimentos de injunção, execuções e insolvências;
  • Análise, tramitação e impulso dos processos com vista à recuperação judicial de créditos;
  • Aconselhamento e emissão de pareceres jurídicos em processos extrajudiciais e em contencioso.

Perfil pretendido:

  • Licenciatura em Direito e estágio na Ordem dos Advogados;
  • Experiência e gosto pelas áreas de Executivo e Insolvências;
  • Competências comportamentais valorizadas: colaboração, orientação para resultados, integridade e análise e sentido crítico.
