The Digital division focuses exclusively on the IT sector, offering unique opportunities for professional development. We are looking for a Data Scientist Team Lead.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and development of Generative AI solutions, including models with transformers, embeddings, and LLM-based pipelines.
  • Build and optimize traditional Machine Learning models for various use cases (classification, regression, clustering, etc.).
  • Explore, prepare, and transform data, applying best practices for feature engineering to enhance model performance.
  • Contribute to the automation and reproducibility of data science pipelines using MLOps tools, ensuring continuous monitoring and maintenance in production.
  • Communicate analytical results clearly, focusing on applicability and business impact.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the AI, ML, and cloud ecosystem.
  • Manage a growing team, serving as a technical and behavioral reference.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and proposal preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or similar fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
  • Proven experience in managing teams within this domain.
  • Proven experience in developing Generative AI solutions, including the use of transformers, embeddings, and knowledge of prompt engineering.
  • Strong command of traditional Machine Learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
  • Fluency in Python and libraries such as numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and seaborn.
  • Experience with PySpark and handling large volumes of data.
  • Practical knowledge of MLOps: model versioning, experiment tracking (e.g., MLflow), deployment, and monitoring.
  • Experience in cloud environments, namely Azure, GCP and AWS.
