The Role
We're looking for a
Structural Engineer with expertise in Timber Structures
to join our team in Porto.
In this role, you'll take the lead on the
design and development of timber and hybrid structures
, including
CLT systems, connection design
, and
temporary works
that make these complex builds possible.
You'll be our
go-to engineer for Timber Design
, helping to strengthen and expand the company's capabilities in this fast-evolving field. While
Timber
will be your main focus, knowledge of
Steel Structures
will also be important — as many of our projects combine both materials.
You'll work closely with engineers in Portugal and the UK, contributing to
projects that are shaping London's skyline
. Depending on your experience, you may
lead projects
directly or collaborate with senior engineers to grow your technical and leadership skills.
What You'll Bring
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Experience in
Timber Design and Detailing
, ideally with
CLT. - Understanding of
connection design
between
Timber and Steel
elements - Experience in
Temporary Works Design - Solid knowledge of the
Structural Eurocodes – EC05 and EC03 - Excellent written and spoken
English - Experience with
Robot, SAP2000, and Tekla Structures - A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for innovation
