French Speaking Customer Advisor

We are actively seeking a highly motivated French-Speaking Customer Advisor to integrate into our expanding team located in Lisbon. In this capacity, you will serve as the principal liaison for our French-speaking clientele, delivering support that is consistently friendly, professional, and focused on providing effective solutions. Core Responsibilities- Provide direct support to French-speaking customers across various communication channels, including telephone, email, live chat, or other digital means.
- Deliver precise information, execute thorough troubleshooting steps, and effectively guide customers toward practical solutions.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, empathy, and client satisfaction in all customer engagements.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to escalate or bring to resolution more intricate and complex customer issues.
- Ensure all customer interactions are logged accurately and maintained meticulously within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Adhere strictly to all organizational procedures, defined service-level agreements (SLAs), and prescribed quality control standards.
- Actively foster a supportive and positive team atmosphere and proactively contribute suggestions for continuous operational improvement.
- Commit to staying fully informed about product knowledge, new features, and company policies to ensure the highest possible quality of service delivery.
- Fluent in French (requiring native proficiency or a minimum C1 level qualification).
- Possesses a good working proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with a proven ability to convey information clearly and effectively to others.
- Adopts a strong customer-centric approach, demonstrating patience, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrates basic competence with computer applications and the aptitude to quickly master new software platforms.
- Must be capable of working physically on-site at our office location in Lisbon.
- Must be an EU citizen or hold valid, current work authorization/residency documents that permit legal employment within Portugal.
- Previous professional experience in customer service, technical support, the hospitality sector, or a closely related client-facing domain.
- Familiarity with using CRM platforms or prior experience within a contact center environment.
