Job Description

A leading international organization is looking to reinforce its teams in the areas of IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, and Digital Fraud prevention. The selected professional will integrate a global Cybersecurity structure responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring the security vision and strategy across multiple entities worldwide.

Within the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department, the professional will join the
Global Services team
, specifically the
Core Application Security team
, dedicated to supporting the deployment of the Group's Application Security Program and contributing to enterprise-level security initiatives. The mission involves collaborating with central teams to enhance cybersecurity maturity, operational resilience, and standardization of security practices across entities.

The position can be based in
Lisbon or Porto
(hybrid model).

Main Responsibilities

  • Be part of the
    Application Security Core Team
    within the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud area.
  • Contribute to the
    deployment of the Application Security strategy
    , acting as a key member in the program rollout.
  • Identify and update
    Application Security rules, requirements, and guidelines
    , based on feedback from different entities and the Core Team's analysis.
  • Provide
    operational support
    to entities for the implementation of the Application Security Strategy — including organizational setup, operating models, processes, and vulnerability treatment (Level 3 support on AppSec topics).
  • Collaborate with solution providers
    to resolve issues affecting services (support ticket management).
  • Participate and/or lead governance committees
    related to Application Security.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of
    documentation
    related to Application Security.
  • Report
    on the global Application Security posture by consolidating metrics and KPIs collected from different entities.
