Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the budgeting and rolling-forecast cycles, ensuring consistency and transparency across multiple legal entities, business models, and geographies.
• Build, maintain, and optimize integrated financial models supporting decision-making, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
• Develop sensitivity and "what-if" analyses to anticipate risks and opportunities and guide strategic choices.
• Support the design of the Group's long-term financial plan and KPI framework.

Reporting & Insights

• Own the monthly management reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful P&L reviews (Actuals vs Budget vs Forecast).
• Translate financial trends into clear business drivers (price, volume, mix, cost structure, margin).
• Contribute to the re-design of the P&L architecture to align with evolving business models (Branded vs Non-Branded, Fixed vs Variable).
• Deliver board-level analysis and support the CFO in preparing investor or leadership presentations.

Data, Systems & Automation

• Partner with IT and Data teams to strengthen system integrations between PHC, Dash, and BI tools.
• Design and enhance automated reporting dashboards using Excel, Superset, and/or Power BI.
• Improve data accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across the reporting ecosystem.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline recurring analysis.

Business Partnering & Strategy

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounting teams to ensure alignment between operational metrics and financial outcomes.
• Support ad-hoc financial projects such as pricing reviews, contract profitability, or performance improvement initiatives.
• Act as a thought partner to business leaders — connecting financial insights with strategic decisions.
• Contribute to the team's continuous improvement culture and the evolution of finance as a business enabler.

Profile:

• Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business Analysis (ideally in a fast-growing or multi-entity environment).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (financial modeling, dynamic formulas, automation).
• Experience with Superset or similar BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow concepts.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to improve processes.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
