LIXIL is seeking an experienced HRIS Application Specialist to support and enhance the stability, performance, and efficiency of its HR systems.

This role offers the opportunity to work on global HRIS initiatives within a complex, international environment, taking ownership of system configuration, support, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As an HRIS Application Specialist, you will independently configure, troubleshoot, and optimise HR systems, with a strong focus on UKG Pro / Kronos or SAP HCM Time solutions. You will act as a technical expert, resolving escalated issues, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring data integrity across global HR platforms.

You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders worldwide, contributing to enterprise-wide HR system projects that support business operations across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and configure HR systems, ensuring reliable daily operations and successful system updates

  • Analyse and document HR system requirements, configurations, and process flows

  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical and functional issues

  • Execute integration and regression testing for new releases, enhancements, and system components

  • Produce technical documentation and support end-user training initiatives

  • Identify and implement system improvements through regular performance reviews

Required Experience & Skills

  • 4–5+ years of experience supporting and configuring WFS TAM, UKG Pro/Kronos, or SAP HCM Time systems

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and end-to-end HR workflows

  • Proven ability to work autonomously and resolve moderately complex technical issues

  • Clear communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong adaptability and ability to quickly learn new technologies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SuccessFactors

  • Broader exposure to SAP ECC or SAP HCM

  • Experience working in multinational or global environments
