TP-LINK Portugal is seeking to recruit Inside Sales Representative to help deliver the company's growth targets in Enterprise Networking and Enterprise Security Business Unit. This will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the business moving forwards.

This position will work with a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to drive growth through VAR, SI and installer channels.

Key job role and responsibilities:

  • Take ownership on B2B partner development at start stage and focus on new B2B partner on boarding progressing.
  • Presenting B2B solutions presentation, partner program and sales support tools and policys mainly through virtual channels (phone call, mail, online meeting).
  • Evaluating and generating new contact list. Alignment with the distributor partner database resource, ST report, competition analysis, market insight resource, etc. and space to forward sales actions.
  • Strong sales skills and commercial sense to be able to support sales team to form B2B partner development from stage 0 to stage 1.
  • To develop existing long-tail accounts, clarifying potential of SMB managed accounts and lead out sales result under wide range account management mode (primary channels include System Integrators, Installers, B2B resellers, etc.)
  • Work within a team environment and offer support to Territory Account Manager when required, cross-dept task support and corporation, like: B2B workshop, roadshow cover and training activities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Strong solution-oriented sales sense, and B2B marketing perspective.
  • In-dept salesforce focus on B2B partner kick-off cooperation and sales chance naturing, track record of building new business in the Enterprise space.
  • Strong customer facing skills with competence in presentation (mainly online meeting, phone call), and professional business planning.
  • 2+ Years of B2B sales related experience. Networking and IT product experience preferred but not essential.
  • Qualified system conduction on CRM and generating report base on requirement, high level MS Office skills can help in actual work, especially for Excel data analysis.
