We are looking for:
… a Business Analyst with strong technical background to be part of the Calculation Engine Center of Competence at VWFS Porto that supports agile development, integration, verification, and deployment in delivering leasing systems across all brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Guide customers with product integration and project implementation
• Provide customer support (handling questions about the product )
• Perform problem analysis (with customer)
• Align RFE's for project with development roadmap
• Review code and API calls / usage
• Document/report work (transfer and insight)
• Estimate work (contributing to scrum planning) and communicating it to stakeholders
• Possible development of software components functionalities and respective UI
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Degree in an IT or related subject on bachelor's or master's level.
• Technical background understanding how APIs work and integrate different components
• Good knowledge of requirements engineering
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Ability to quickly grasp business needs and adapt product accordingly
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g.: Python) and ability to implement simple components
• Customer centric mindset
• Proven very good knowledge of English.
• Good/solid understanding of financial products, leasing concepts and pricing logic across various financial products (incl. Data for Pricing calculation)
