WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)
ROLE:
  • Ensure the effective and efficient management of assets and logistics processes, ensuring that all resources are optimally used to support daily operations;
  • Service analysis and suggestion of changes to improve service quality;
  • Preparation and analysis of reports and documentation (processes, procedures, work instructions, etc.);
  • Daily validation of the equipment lifecycle and updating records in the internal application;
  • Monitoring of physical inventories;
  • Monitoring of projects related to equipment movements (status and location updates);
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly control through reports;
  • Responsible for resolving operational issues related to assets (interaction with technicians, clients, managers, and coordination teams).
PROFILE:
  • Academic qualifications equivalent to 12th grade education;
  • Experience in analysis and diagnosis of Windows operating systems and Microsoft tools;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with a primary focus on Excel and Outlook, from an end-user perspective;
  • Ability to produce and manage reports;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong adaptability to change and new technologies;
  • KPI-oriented mindset, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
