About The Role
As an
Accounts Receivable Specialist
reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader in Lisbon, you will collaborate closely with the
North American team
to execute essential financial tasks.

You will handle receivables, collections, ensure timely actions on overdue payments in alignment with customer credit guidelines. You will be responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and automation of processes, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting our leadership team with reporting and audit coordination.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate team activities and support the team leader.
  • Manage complex processes, including bad debt and legal activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Support leadership with reporting and audit coordination.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Classify, code, and record financial transactions.
  • Verify and process accounts receivable and other financial transactions.
  • Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
  • Assist employees and managers with accurate financial information.
  • Contribute to effective solutions in a matrix organization.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Proficiency in SAP (R/3 and S/4), Electronic Banking Software tools, and Office 365.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to deliver with quality and speed, adapt to change, and embrace our core values: Care, Courage, Collaboration, and Commitment.
  • Strategic agility in understanding business components and their interconnections.
  • Leadership and coordination skills are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Availability to work across U.S. & Canada time zones.
