SAP Warehouse Management

At Tenthpin, we are hiring an SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Consultant to help our clients design, optimise, and integrate warehouse processes across SAP S/4HANA and external warehouse execution systems. You will use your WM expertise to translate operational requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions, shaping warehouse execution models that create real value. The Opportunity

As an SAP Warehouse Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and integrating end-to-end warehouse processes across SAP S/4HANA and external warehouse execution systems. You will be trusted to provide expert guidance, balance operational realities with system capabilities, and shape scalable, integrated warehouse solutions that support complex environments. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving warehouse challenges, partnering closely with clients and global teams, and delivering pragmatic solutions that achieve exceptional outcomes.

Your role will include, but will not be limited to:

• Shaping, designing, and delivering world-class, innovative WM solutions that bring real value to clients
• Leading clients through fit-to-standard workshops and solution discussions across core warehouse processes
• Advising on warehouse execution flows including goods receipt, goods issue, putaway, picking, and physical inventory
• Designing and supporting SAP WM processes, alongside integration with external WMS platforms
• Working closely with SD, MM, PP and integration teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end process design
• Supporting integration between SAP and third-party WMS systems
• Working as part of truly global teams and contributing to your community through collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Developing your capability over time toward SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant — a hands-on problem solver who brings structure and clarity to complex warehouse scenarios. You communicate confidently with stakeholders and guide clients toward pragmatic, scalable WM solutions.

You bring:

• Experience working with SAP WM and/or external warehouse management systems
• Solid understanding of warehouse execution processes and integration concepts
• Experience delivering WM solutions in SAP S/4HANA
• Comfortable operating across SAP and non-SAP warehouse systems
• SAP Public Cloud would be an advantage, but not compulsory
• Interest in developing SAP WM and progressing toward EWM capability
• Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
