We are looking for our next
Salesforce Specialist

What we expect from you:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related area (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education);
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce development experience
    , including
    2+ years working with OmniStudio
    ;
  • Proficiency in
    Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL
    , and
    Salesforce integration via REST/SOAP APIs
    ;
  • Experience with
    Salesforce configuration
    (flows, workflows, validation rules, process builder, custom objects);
  • Understanding of
    Salesforce data architecture, data model, and security/sharing rules
    ;
  • Experience with
    deployment tools
    such as Change Sets and
    Salesforce DX (SFDX)
    ;
  • Familiarity with
    integration tools
    such as Salesforce Connect and MuleSoft;
  • Experience in
    data migration
    (Data Loader, Workbench) and data modeling;
  • Proficiency in
    development and version control tools
    (VS Code with Salesforce extensions, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines);
  • Knowledge of
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    and ability to manage deliverables within scope, time, and budget;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions;
  • Experience in
    documentation and requirement analysis
    ;
  • Salesforce certifications
    (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, OmniStudio Developer/Consultant) are highly valued;
  • Experience in the insurance industry
    is a plus;
  • Fluency in English
    (spoken and written).
