The CRM Senior Specialist is mainly responsible for supporting the Customer Relationship Management operations and ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency in the following tasks:

  • Oversee CRM governance and data quality, ensuring accurate, compliant, and business‑ready customer information.
  • Design and optimize workflows, campaigns, and segmentation, aligning CRM capabilities with commercial and marketing goals.
  • Transform CRM data into actionable insights, delivering dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Enable seamless integration between CRM and other systems, supporting a unified customer view and efficient processes.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Marketing and Sales, promoting CRM best practices and emerging trends across teams.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience in team management (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Relevant experience in Financial Services and/or the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • High level of proactivity, innovation, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong communication skills for effective global collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data tools, and experience working in Agile environments (preferred but not mandatory).
