A Noatum Logistics atua como um operador logístico abrangente, fornecendo soluções específicas e de valor acrescentado para a cadeia de abastecimento de todos os seus clientes, especializando-se em transporte internacional, carga de projeto, logística e alfândega.
Atuamos em cerca de 25 países com forte presença na América do Norte, América do Sul, Europa, Norte de África, Golfo Pérsico e Ásia.
Atualmente estamos a procurar alguém interessado num Estágio para o Departamento Marítimo para os nossos escritórios no Porto.
Para tal, procuramos profissionais inscritos no IEFP com Qualificações de nível 4 ou 5, com conhecimentos no setores da logística, comércio internacional e logística/negócios na área marítima/aérea/terrestre com vontade de desenvolver uma carreira no nosso setor.
Descrição Das Atividades
- Apoio administrativo ao Departamento Marítimo;
- Compreensão sobre serviço ao cliente;
- Introdução do serviço ao cliente;
- Conhecimento dos diferentes serviços marítimos (importação/exportação);
- Acompanhamento/seguimento do processo/carga;
- Acompanhamento da expedição;
- Atualização, arquivo e mantimento diário das pastas dos processos;
- Visão geral de transportes marítimos na área do transitário.
Requisitos mínimos
- Responsável e dinâmica;
- Inglês (falado/escrito);
- Conhecimentos informáticos, principalmente de Excel;
- Trabalho em equipa.
