Procuramos reforçar a nossa equipa de Pós-Venda com Engenheiros Civis e/ou Arquitetos, em Lisboa.

A função:

  • Acompanhar as fases pós-conclusão das obras, assegurando um serviço de excelência ao cliente e garantindo a satisfação total após a entrega do projeto;

  • Gerir e priorizar pedidos de intervenções, reparações ou ajustes, assegurando a sua correta avaliação técnica e o cumprimento dos prazos acordados;

  • Coordenar equipas internas, fornecedores e subempreiteiros na execução de trabalhos de pós-venda de acordo com os padrões de qualidade da empresa;

  • Realizar vistorias técnicas, diagnósticos e propostas de solução, garantindo a rastreabilidade dos processos e a comunicação clara com o cliente;

  • Assegurar a gestão administrativa e documental das intervenções de pós-venda, incluindo registos, relatórios, planeamento e receções;

  • Gerir a relação com clientes, mantendo um acompanhamento próximo, profissional e orientado para resultados;

  • Monitorizar indicadores de desempenho da área (prazos, custos, recorrência de intervenções, qualidade das soluções implementadas) e propor melhorias contínuas;

  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Qualidade, Segurança e Ambiente nas intervenções realizadas.

Os requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Civil ou Arquitetura;

  • Experiência de 3 anos em funções técnicas no setor da construção (direção de obra, fiscalização, assistência técnica, pós-venda ou similar);

  • Capacidade de diagnóstico técnico e resolução de problemas de forma ágil e eficaz;

  • Excelentes competências de relacionamento interpessoal, comunicação e gestão de expectativas do cliente;

  • Polivalência, organização e flexibilidade para adaptação a diferentes contextos;

  • Capacidade de negociação, autonomia e orientação para resultados;

  • Domínio de ferramentas informáticas (Office, AutoCAD, Project);

  • Disponibilidade para deslocações dentro do país.
