The opportunity

Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in design systems, IA, and interaction design. Shapes scalable experiences, mentors peers, and drives design quality across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design initiatives across features and journeys.
  • Anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
  • Coach and mentor designers at multiple levels.
  • Drive evolution of design systems and patterns.
  • Facilitate usability testing and discovery work.
  • Other duties as required.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Required:

  • 6–9 years of design experience.

  • Mastery of Figma, design tokens, and documentation.

  • Expertise in usability, accessibility, and design systems.

  • Preferred:

  • Experience leading cross-team design projects.

  • Familiarity with business strategy alignment.

  • Strategic and reliable.
  • Strong mentor and collaborator.
  • Advocates for design quality and inclusion.

Bonus if you have

  • Blockchain / Crypto experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, super agile work environment
