Supply Scheduling Coordinator

About the Role
As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently across multiple lines. You'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing production to align capacity with market demand — maintaining stock integrity and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and optimize production based on inventory levels and sales forecasts;
Schedule production considering capacity, allergen restrictions, and quality requirements;
Reduce downtime through efficient changeover management;
Collaborate closely with production, quality, and sales teams;
Coordinate with external copackers to ensure timely execution;
Track KPIs and use data insights to guide decisions;
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the planning process.
Ideal Profile:
Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related areas;
2–5 years of experience in production or supply chain planning (preferably manufacturing);
Strong analytical mindset and Excel proficiency;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
Intermediate English level (mandatory).
