Vielfältige Aufgaben

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced APP Test Manager with strong focus on test automation to join our mobility+ APP development team. You will be responsible for the full testing lifecycle of the mobile app components of your team, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with our overarching eMobility Digital testing policy. As an active member of an agile team, you will continuously develop your agile mindset and apply and expand agile methods in testing. This is your chance to work on a product that's shaping the future of transportation and making sustainable mobility accessible to everyone.

Test Management & Strategy

• Validate requirements from a testing and customer perspective
• Plan, analyze, design, implement, execute, and complete functional and operational tests
• Monitor and control test progress and quality
• Develop and maintain the team's test concept
• Participate in E2E process testing and contribute to the evolution of the eMobility-wide testing policy
• Ensure compatibility with all relevant devices für the Android- and iOS-version of the app

Test Automation

• Design and develop automated test cases for mobile applications
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve the automation framework

Überzeugendes Profil

Technical expertise:

• Proven experience in mobile app testing, test automation, and test management

eg. ISTQB Certified Tester Mobile Application Testing, ISTQB Certified Tester Test Automation Engineer and ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Management
- Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps) and test management tools (like Azure Test Plans)
Familiarity with APP test automation tools and frameworks (like Maestro)

Social skills:

• High level of self-responsibility and structured working style.
• Excellent communication skills (excellent English; Portuguese and/or German is a plus) and team spirit.
• Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
