What You'll Do

• Lead and execute security projects within the Prevent area, ensuring alignment with the global strategy;
• Manage initiatives related to AV/EDR, DLP, PAM, WAF, Content Filtering, and other solutions;
• Coordinate local and global projects, ensuring deadlines, quality, and integration with internal teams and external vendors;
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various areas (Technology, Network, Compliance, Risk, Operations) to implement secure and effective solutions;
• Monitor risks, propose continuous improvements, and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIS2, and internal policies;
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to influence decisions through technical expertise and best practices

Who You Are

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field;
• Proven experience in managing security projects;
• Strong knowledge of security tools and processes: CyberArk (PAM), DLP, SIEM, hardening, patching;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Strong planning and organizational abilities;
• Results-oriented and strategic thinking mindset;
• Risk mitigation–oriented approach;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
