About the Role:
As a Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support across logistics and supply chain activities. You will play a crucial part in the team, ensuring accurate documentation, effective shipment coordination, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Coordinating daily shipment operations, including booking transport, preparing documentation, and tracking deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate shipping and inventory records in ERP systems and internal trackers.
• Supporting warehouse and transport coordination.
• Liaising with transport providers, warehouse staff, and customer service to ensure timely and complete dispatches.
• Preparing transport and delivery documentation (CMRs, packing lists, invoices, etc.).
• Assisting in logistics reporting, KPI tracking, and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and transport regulations.

About You:
This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, solving problems, and communicating clearly, you'll be a great fit.

Essential skills and experience:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain support
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of international shipping, incoterms, and customs regulations
