Job Description
Körber Pharma Software is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst for Strategy and Business Analysis within the Business Unit Software-as-a-Service to support our executive leadership team. This pivotal role is ideal for candidates with a background in strategy consulting or investment banking, especially those with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, corporate strategy, and executive-level reporting. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor and operational partner, ensuring the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and the delivery of high-impact reports to drive decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

Job Requirements
Core areas of responsibility for the new team member include:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business planning, performance monitoring, and strategic decision making for the growing Business Unit Software-as-a-Service.
• Establish a comprehensive management reporting for the Business Unit Software-as-a-Service, incl. data related to market, sales opportunities, financial performance and projects to enable data-driven decision-making for strategy execution.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare, review, and deliver comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and external stakeholders.
• Strategic Support: Partner with executives to drive key strategic projects, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and the evaluation of new business opportunities.
• Project Management: Coordinate and track progress of cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery of key milestones.
• Executive Communications: Draft, edit, and proofread high-level communications, including memos and board materials.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal departments and external partners, ensuring efficient information flow and collaboration across the organization.

You will directly report to the Director of the Business Unit SaaS.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (PowerBI); familiarity with business intelligence platforms is a plus.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, financial reporting or controlling.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for C-level executives and boards.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Strong business acumen and a keen interest in strategic growth and innovation.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English in both verbal and written communication.
