We are looking for an Amazing: BUSINESS ANALYST

Seniority: Minimum 4-5 years

Type of position: Hybrid (in Porto, Portugal)

The amazing you, will have:

• At least
  4 to 5 years of experience
  as a
  Business Analyst
  in IT or digital transformation projects.
• Solid experience in
  requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  (functional & non-functional).
• Skilled at bridging the gap between
  business stakeholders and technical teams
  by translating needs into actionable specifications.
• Familiarity with
  user stories
  ,
  use cases
  ,
  process flows
  , and
  acceptance criteria
  .
• Working knowledge of
  business analysis techniques
  and frameworks (e.g.,
  BPMN
  ,
  UML
  ).
• Hands-on experience with tools like
  JIRA
  ,
  Confluence
  , or
  Azure DevOps
  .
• Good understanding of the
  software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  and
  Agile methodologies
  (Scrum/Kanban).
• Fluent English
  (spoken and written) – for direct communication with international stakeholders.
• Background in
  international projects
  or
  regulated sectors
  (finance, insurance, healthcare).
• Certifications like
  CBAP
  ,
  PMI-PBA
  ,
  IREB
  , or
  Scrum Product Owner
  .
• Exposure to
  BI or Data Analytics environments
  .
