We are looking for an Amazing: Azure Data Engineer

Seniority: Senior (+5 years)

Type of position: Full Remote from Portugal

The amazing you, will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Big Data) are a plus;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing data pipelines;
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala;
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka);
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake);
  • Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, Informatica);
  • Understanding of data security and compliance requirements;
  • Fluency in English;
  • CPLP nationality or EU work permit required
