Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Madeira Island, Portugal. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, handling clerical duties, and ensuring smooth communication. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

• Skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in Communication and Diary Management
• Clerical skills, including document management and report preparation
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Madeira Island, Portugal
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field is preferred
