Role Overview
We are looking for a
hands-on Growth Marketing Manager
who understands how to build and scale brands through
social media storytelling and paid advertising
.
This role is execution-focused. You will work closely with the founders and play a key role in growing BioImmuniX's digital presence, reaching the right audience, and driving measurable growth.
This is
not
a "Head of Marketing" role. We are looking for someone who can
do the work
, test fast, and optimize continuously.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Plan and execute social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video platforms
- Create content ideas, hooks, storylines, captions, and campaign themes
- Translate science-based wellness concepts into engaging, premium social content
- Coordinate with creators, freelancers, or internal teams to produce reels and posts
- Build a consistent brand voice aligned with men's wellness and performance
Paid Advertising & Growth
- Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
- Test audiences, creatives, messaging angles, and formats
- Monitor key metrics such as CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights
Audience & Brand Growth
- Identify and refine BioImmuniX's ideal customer profiles
- Align organic content with paid acquisition strategy
- Support product launches and growth campaigns
- Continuously experiment and improve reach, engagement, and conversions
What We're Looking ForMust-Have
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of social media content and storytelling
- Hands-on experience running Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Ability to combine creativity with data-driven decision making
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
Nice-to-Have
- TikTok ads experience
- Experience in wellness, supplements, fitness, or lifestyle brands
- UGC or influencer collaboration experience
- Familiarity with EU DTC or e-commerce brands
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a "Head of Marketing" or C-level role
- Not an agency-management position
- Not a purely strategic or theoretical role
This is a
build, test, learn, and scale
role.
