We're currently looking for a
Senior Data Modeler
to join our team of passionate professionals.
If you enjoy designing robust dimensional models, shaping data foundations for analytics, and enabling scalable, high-quality decision-making systems — this opportunity is for you.
Your Responsibilities
• Design and implement
dimensional and relational data models
(Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault when applicable).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient data structures aligned with best practices.
• Develop clean, optimized SQL to support data transformations, integrations, and analytical workloads.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data mapping and definitions.
• Support the design of semantic layers, data dictionaries, and metadata structures.
• Validate source-to-target mappings and ensure data consistency, lineage clarity, and model scalability.
• Contribute to data governance standards and enforce modeling best practices.
• Work closely with teams during testing, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
• Provide guidance on architecture, optimization, and data modeling patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
•
5+ years of experience
in data modeling, analytics engineering, or related roles.
• Proven expertise in
dimensional modeling
(Kimball methodology preferred).
• Strong proficiency in
SQL
, including query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake is a
strong plus
).
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with metadata management, data lineage, and documentation best practices.
• Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in
English
(spoken and written).
