Role Overview
We are looking for a
Salesforce Developer
to join our team in one of our largest clients, with a strong presence in both the national and international markets, a reference player in the retail sector listed on the Euronext PSI-20. You will design, develop, and implement advanced solutions within the Salesforce
Service Cloud
platform. This role focuses on creating scalable, high-quality components and integrations aligned with business needs and Salesforce best practices.
This position has an hybrid work policy, 2x per week, in Porto.
What you will do
- Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
- Create and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) for advanced functionalities.
- Write and maintain Apex code, including unit tests to ensure high coverage and code quality.
- Design and configure Flows to automate business processes.
- Integrate REST APIs for secure and efficient communication between Salesforce and external systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and maintain high standards of performance and security.
What you are like

Salesforce Service Cloud
