We're looking for a junior Recruiter to join our team in Lisbon - Carnaxide office - where you can grow professionally and take your career to the next level.

We count on you to:

  • sourcing potential candidates that comply with our culture and vision
  • be the owner of a differentiating recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • partner with hiring managers to identify key needs and requirements
  • application screenings and interviews
  • keep candidates and all relevant stakeholders informed throughout the selection process
  • give inputs and ideas to the team

For that, you must:

  • be people-driven
  • be aware of good recruitment practices to apply them following internal requirements
  • have some experience in IT recruitment (max. 1 year)
  • face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience
  • develop your emotional intelligence
  • ability to communicate in English
