We are seeking a talented individual to join our Graphic Designer team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As part of our dynamic, award winning, global in-house design team, you will be responsible for creating graphics for multi-channel communications and campaigns, developing branding, working with typography, and producing visual content for various projects. The key focus for this role will be conceptualizing and producing designs across various mediums to effectively communicate our messages and engage our audiences internally and externally. 

This role would be perfect for an experienced Graphic Designer who can showcase having worked on larger corporate events and campaigns and is looking for a more Global role. 

We will count on you to: 

• Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to understand project objectives and requirements. 
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for events and campaigns, including but not limited to, brochures, social media graphics, website elements, and promotional materials. 
• Ability to develop engaging social and digital media content including still assets and reels. 
• Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design assets. 
• Produce high-quality, creative designs within specified timelines. 
• Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval. 
• Work closely with photographers, agency partners, printers and other vendors to ensure proper execution of designs. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design. 

What you need to have:  

• Strong proficiency level in both spoken and written English.  
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums. 
• Creativity and innovation in design concepts and execution. 
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing designs. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and accept feedback gracefully. 
• Time management and organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively. 
• Professional and proactive work ethics. 
• Effective communication is a crucial aspect of this role, as it involves interacting with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. The ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, as well as comprehend and respond to complex information, is essential.
