market.What this job involvesCommercial Proposal Development & Market AnalysisConduct critical market analysis including area assessments, key references and benchmarksPerform detailed project analysis and provide optimization recommendationsAnalyze property typologies and market positioning to propose competitive pricing strategiesDevelop comprehensive pricing recommendations and commercialization strategiesMarket Intelligence & Competitive AnalysisMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunitiesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of residential development market dynamicsContract Management & NegotiationLead negotiation processes for real estate brokerage contracts related to residential developmentsManage contract finalization and ensure compliance with company standardsStrategic Partnership DevelopmentSupport the creation and maintenance of long-term relationships with property developersContribute to strengthening JLL's market
