Pour notre client, leader du service client digital, nous recrutons actuellement un modérateur de contenu pour l'une des plus grandes plateformes de réseau sociaux d'aujourd'hui.

Ici, vous aurez la chance de travailler dans un environnement dynamique, qui vous permettra de faire partie d'une équipe multiculturelle et axée sur les objectifs.

Vous ferez partie d'une équipe assurant un excellent et compétent service de modération, afin de garantir que toutes les réglementations de conformité de la plateforme sont respectées.

Voici ce que vous allez faire :


• Vous serez responsable de la sécurité des contenus publiés sur les réseaux sociaux, en vous assurant qu'ils sont conformes à la réglementation ;


• Examiner les vidéos, l'images, l'audio, rechercher du contenu inapproprié, avant qu'il ne soit pas mis en ligne ;


• Éliminer et bloquer les contenus non conformes, ainsi que filtrer, organiser et évaluer les informations ;


• Contribuer à créer une meilleure expérience utilisateur, en aidant à améliorer également les stratégies et les opérations ;


• Signaler immédiatement tout contenu qui enfreint la réglementation communautaire.

Requirements


• Langue maternelle française (C1 ou C2) ;


• Bonne connaissance de l'anglais (B2) ;


• Expérience avec Microsoft Office;


• Vous avez un passeport européen ou un permis légal pour travailler au Portugal ;


• Vous vous adaptez bien à un environnement multiculturel ;


• Axé sur les objectifs ;


• Bonne gestion de son temps ;


• Esprit d'équipe ;


• Une expérience antérieure dans les médias sociaux ou le back-office est un plus.
