We are seeking an IT IAM Business Analyst professional to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in our client team. If you are passionate about business analysis and management, we want to hear from you

Brief Description of the Role and Responsibilities:
As part of our client Command Center team, the IAM Business Analyst professional will leverage their expertise to specify business cases, support local developers and testers, and ensure the successful validation of deliveries. The role involves defining test cases, reporting to the product owner and lead business analyst, and coordinating with IdentityIQ's business owners to review specifications and highlight potential points of attention. Promoting test coverage within the team is also a key responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Specify business cases based on experience.
  • Explain and support local developers and testers to validate deliveries.
  • Help define test cases in integration and user acceptance environments.
  • Report to the product owner and lead business analyst.
  • Review specifications with IdentityIQ's business owners and highlight potential points of attention.
  • Promote test coverage within the team.

Technical Skills:

  • Identity and Access Management:
  • Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Knowledge of SailPoint modules
  • Familiarity with SailPoint cloud solutions
  • Expertise in Identity Management and Governance
  • Basic knowledge of Privilege Access Management
  • Experience with Active Directory user management

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Identity Management Practices, HR processes, governance, and privilege access management.
  • In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ features and capabilities with at least 3 years of experience on relevant projects as a business analyst.
  • Knowledge of cloud solutions of SailPoint and O365/Azure and Sharepoint/NTFS permission management is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Languages:

  • English - Fluent
  • French (nice to have)
