Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative in the French market

Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role you will:

  • Providing B2B and B2C customer support through multiple channels;
  • Primarily resolving inquiries via inbound calls;
  • Performing backoffice tasks, including responding to emails and chats, and using internal applications;
  • Providing support for multiple products across multiple markets.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

  • C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in French;
  • B2 level or above written and spoken proficiency in English;
  • Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included);
  • Availability to work by shift rotation on a 24/7 schedule;
  • Good computer skills (required);
  • Ability to generate empathy in written form;
  • Analytical mindset to diagnose and troubleshoot issues;
  • Ability to manage time and meet goals.
