Order-to-Cash Specialist (Dutch Speaker)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Contract Type: Permanent (180-day trial period)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Dutch-speaking Order-to-Cash Specialist to join a leading multinational company in Lisbon.
In this role, you will manage financial transactions, ensure accurate order processing, and provide top-quality support to customers and internal teams.

If you have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finance and customer relations, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle: order management, invoicing, and payment collection.

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders and payments.

  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.

  • Communicate with clients in Dutch and English to resolve billing or account issues.

  • Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and process accuracy.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2) and proficient in English (C1).

  • Experience in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance roles (preferred).

  • Good understanding of accounting principles and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Team player with an eye for detail and accuracy.
