The Role

We are looking end-to-end Full-Stack Developers to join our remote team. This is a critical role where you'll have significant ownership over features, from architecture design to final deployment. If you thrive in a rapid-delivery environment and are excited about using modern tools, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Build and Ship new features across our core web (Laravel/React) and mobile (React Native) products.
• Take full ownership of features, from initial development to testing and deployment.
• Deliver clean, scalable, performant, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate effectively and asynchronously with a distributed, global team.
• Act as a critical thinker to spot and resolve potential issues early in the development lifecycle.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have Skills)

• Strong, hands-on experience with Laravel, React, and React Native.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) for async collaboration.
• A true startup mentality: adaptable, proactive, and focused on delivering results quickly.
• Comfortable utilizing AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, Vercel V0, Claude, Gemini Code) to enhance development speed and quality.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with front-end tooling like Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations like Stripe API, Firebase, and AWS.
• Experience implementing real-time features (using WebSockets, Pusher, or similar technologies).

Work Setup & Compensation

• Location: Fully Remote
• Hours: Full-time (alignment with CET hours preferred)
• Compensation: $1,200 – $1,400 USD/month (based on experience)
